最开始，那些被它们拖下去的人还可以醒来，但时间久了，如果不能及时找到可以治疗的办法，最终这些人就会失心智，睡觉的时间越来越久，最后再也醒不过来。

她指了指地上的那些粘液，这个叫念尸水，腐蚀人的生气和意识，被拖入梦尸河的人如果不能在这堆火旁边清理干净，醒来的时候脑子里也都是梦尸河的景象，人会恍恍惚惚的神智不清，随着时间，脑海里的梦尸河会越来越清晰，慢慢无法分辨现实和梦境，梦尸就可以在白天也腐蚀他们的意识，直到最后……

我看向黑牛的主人，她生着一张圆脸，胖乎乎的样子很可爱，一看就是富贵人家的娇小姐，她为什么会是表哥的随从？她刚刚说的这个梦尸应该也是梦魇的一种吧，没想到自己以为进入别的梦境里就能躲开梦魇的做法，事实上并没有效果，不过没有家人只是我自己的话倒是可以，看来梦魇里也是一个世界，里面还有这样的东西，而且最终可以让受害者致死。

到了第三年我们就来到阿来之地了，她不让我和哥哥叫她师傅，只是说她是我们家的一个故人，她告诉我和哥哥，修习他梦通的人自己不会再做常人的梦了，每晚都要来到阿来之地修炼自己的七识之火（晚上不做梦，天天来这堆火这上班……）。

她说越来越多的世人，开始进入魔识之地有被拖入的，也有人自己寻找的（是说梦魇吗），怎么会有人自己去找梦魇？

我现在对说梦话，梦游、噩梦、梦魇有了新的认识，作为一个医生，我对梦游并不陌生，很多乡村地区，都有这样的患者，而且这个病不是先天的，也不是遗传病，有些极端的患者被当成精神病，也的确有些患者也梦游中有暴力倾向。

现在医学已经很发达了，经过了几千年的文明进步，但人类仍无法解释梦游的原因和治愈的办法。
